How quickly can my car be picked up?
We can usually pick up your car within 1 to 5 working days after you accept our offer. In urgent cases we can often come the next working day. You choose the time that suits you. Weekend pickup is also possible.
What happens to my car after the sale?
After collection your car is processed in line with all environmental regulations. Reusable parts are reused, materials are recycled, and hazardous substances are disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. You can receive a certificate of responsible processing on request.
Do I have to arrange the RDW deregistration myself?
No. We handle the full RDW deregistration for you. You automatically receive a certificate of indemnity, so you have no further obligations after the sale. You will receive the certificate by email within a few working days.
Are there any costs involved in the sale?
No, our service is free for you. Collection is free, and RDW deregistration and the certificate of indemnity are included. The amount we offer is the amount you receive – no deductions.
